Originally called ‘daoist’ yoga, join me for a slower more meditative practice which targets the deeper connective tissues and fascia. Relax into the posture, allow gravity to work its magic. Softening and releasing tensions throughout the body.

Join me for a gentle stretch-based, flexibility focused practice.

Lengthen and strengthen the muscles in a safe, effective way. Learn to move with dynamic movements integrated with the breath.
Slowed down movements trigger the ‘rest and digest’ function of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Very Gentle Yoga Class. Theme: Familiarity breeds comfort
Inspired by student requests. Here are just a few of the reasons to try this class:
1) The sequences in this class are gentle, really gentle. Perfect for those who like to move, but gently.
2)The sequences will become very familiar – knowing what is coming next (after a few classes) will allow for greater absorption in the present moment.
3) The sequences are designed to train the muscle memory and to increase lung strength as each class will begin with breathwork building up to full pranayama practice.
