Personal tailored support and a relationship that is REAL. I love to hear from you.

Hey there! Yoga isn’t just my passion, it’s my way of connecting with YOU. Hailing from the East of England, I used to run all my classes in person until lockdown changed everything. But going online wasn’t a setback; it was an opportunity to expand, thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of my students.

Together, we’ve crafted a weekly program that caters to everyone, focusing on building strength, boosting cardiovascular health, enhancing flexibility, and indulging in moments of relaxation. From intense total body workouts to soothing Yin sessions and our new Sunday wind-down class, there’s something for every mood and need. And the best part? You don’t need fancy gym gear. Every space becomes our studio, every surface our mat.

I thrive on feedback from my diverse community, shaping our journey together. Recently, we soared through sequences like side twisting crow poses, lifting each other up along the way.

In yoga, intention is everything. My intention? To support you wholeheartedly with over 20 years of experience backing me. I’m not just a virtual face on your screen. Our connection is real, our support mutual. Together, we’ll bridge active yang-style classes with serene meditation practices, ensuring a balanced experience tailored to you.

Expect moments of clarity during class, those subtle acknowledgments that I’m right there with you, rooting for your progress. With me as your guide, you’re in safe hands. Let’s flow, let’s find balance, and let’s grow together.

Yoga with Andrea seamlessly transitioned to online classes during the lockdown, and even as we return to in-person sessions, the online option remains. Depending on your preference, you can enjoy 2 or 3 in-person classes each week.

But that’s not all! AndreaYoga offers flexibility for all, with options for private group bookings, individual sessions, or sessions for pairs. Simply send a message to hello@andreayoga.co.uk to coordinate a time that works for you.

If your schedule doesn’t align with live classes, don’t worry! Livestream library members have access to edited versions of the live streams at their convenience. These uploads, available up to 31 days after filming, undergo quality checks to ensure a seamless experience.

Each session, lasting between 1 hour and 1 hour 10 minutes, encompasses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques. It’s a holistic approach to wellness for everyone.

Yoga means addition and union. Addition and union of energy,
strength and beauty to the body, mind and soul.

~ Amrit Ray

We come to our yoga mats so often for the stretch but find we leave with so much more.

Like many, I came to yoga for flexibility, stress relief, health and physical fitness – these elements are fundamental but over time these primary reasons have evolved. In our yoga practice together we will find opportunities to self-reflect, practice kindness, compassion (including to oneself) and continued growth, development and self-awareness.

“Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim.”
~ B.K.S Iyengar

The study of asana (postures) is not about mastering postures.
It is about using posture to understand and transform yourself.

A person can rise up through the efforts of their own mind,
or in the same manner draw oneself down, for each person is their own friend or enemy.

~ Bhagavad Gita

With me as your teacher, learn to strive without grasping, from a foundation of peace.

Your diet is not only what you eat. It is what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you are around…
be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually and physically.
